| Description: |  What does it mean to be fearless? How can I recognize and operate in the unique role created for me? How can my talents rather than my fears fuel me? Fear is the oldest and strongest emotion of mankind. The positive about this state is that “fears are educated into us, and can, if we wish, be educated out (Karl Augustus Menninger). We are going to start delving into the topic of fear. This exploration will consist of working on the processes of acknowledging the fear, confronting irrational beliefs, making conscious efforts to push past it and taking positive actions. It is time for our talents to fuel us rather than our fears. Effective leaders learn to manage their fears, discover their unique blend of talents and trust in those talents completely to operate in success. Come with an idea of the fear that you want to overcome. Bonny will be showing a very practical, emotional tool that will immediately diminish the intensity of that fear.
