Using a
unique compact coaching model that I designed in Switzerland
I collaborate with you to “solve” a very real,
urgent and
driving problem in your life with a series of short and intensive
sessions. During the process, I focus on showing you how to use my
coaching tools yourself on a continued basis so that they become
engrained as habits in your life. You effectively walk away with two
benefits: a crisis solved AND habits and mental tools to
navigate the next
"crisis" in your life. And as these habits and mental tools become
second nature to you in the ensuing weeks and months after our coaching
progam,
you find you no longer react with crises in your life.
Length: depends upon
your past, on your needs
and on your goals.
Most of my clients reach their goals and
master the tools
and apply them in their daily life within about 15 - 20 hours over
about
2 months.
